The manifesto
From the outset of the design process, simplicity and customization were the project's key elements. Our shared goal was to ensure that team members without technical expertise wouldn't need extensive training, allowing everyone to focus on effective work.
The two main pillars
The service was built upon two major modules: a management interface where staff can handle and oversee the system, and a mobile-optimized platform for guests.
The greatest challenge
Baryum's greatest challenge was customization. By empowering clients to customize their branding elements, we undertook significant responsibility, as it's often risky when a non-expert starts adjusting color palettes. To counterbalance this, we provided a dozen pre-designed templates that guaranteed aesthetic appeal.
